Mayor Mel Aguilar welcomed all the incoming IT students who belong to Batch Jade and the incoming Senior High students of Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Information Technology Training Institute (DFCAITTI) during the school’s orientation program. In a message read by Coun. Mark Santos, she advised the incoming students to aim for the best and never settle for mediocrity because their future starts at DFCAITTI.
