Las Piñas City Vice-Mayor Louie Bustamante (seated center) and Markham City, Ontario Canada Mayor Frank Scarpitti (seated, right) signed the Memorandum of Agreement enhancing economic, health, educational and cultural relations between their cities. Markham is a city in Ontario, Canada with which Las Piñas formed a twinning city program. Witnessing the signing are (L-R): Pamplona 3 Brgy.
